VICTORIA KAMBALAME
Ms. Kambalame is the Director of Finance and Administration of Total LandCare. She has 11 years of experience working with 12 rural development projects annually with total budget of $12m.Her focus is on; 1)Oversight for prudent management of financial and material resources and promoting sound people management practices.
2) Working with multiple donors with varying financial guidelines defined by the donor.Donor Agencies such as USAID,EU,FAO,Royal Norwegian Embassy,IFAD and DFID.The Private sector such as Phillip Morris International,Japanese Tobacco and Imperial Tobacco and working with partners such as CARE,Save the Children,AfriCare,CRECCOM,Feed the Children,CRS,Malawi Government Departments.
3)Setting and Maintaining effective financial systems and HR policies within TLC's projects in line with the finance and administration.
4)Harmonising labour laws across the four countries which TLC has a presence.Namely; Malawi,Tanzania,Mozambique and Zambia.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in social sciences and economics from Chancellor College, University of Malawi 2001. Diploma in Accounting from Malawi College of Accountancy, 2003.
Language Skills
Fluent in English and Chichewa in speaking, reading, and writing
Other Skills
Strong leadership, organization and people management skills; relationship, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; analytical and computer literacy skills in a number of packages.
